Role Description

As an Outside Sales Representative for Texas Equipment Source, you will be at the forefront of our business, driving from company to company to build relationships and close deals. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our wide range of forklifts and related services, including maintenance packages, to businesses across your assigned territory. You will identify new sales opportunities, present our products and services, negotiate contracts, and work closely with our internal team to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys the thrill of sales, and is highly driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive to various companies within your territory to present and sell forklifts and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and target potential sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our equipment and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with the best solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
