REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree with special education and software application experience or legal experience
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Legal Framework Consultant, shall be directly responsible to the Director of Special Populations and the Associate Director of Federal Programs & Leadership. The Legal Framework Consultant shall assist in a complementary way as to enhance the overall effectiveness through implementation of the systemic process in the performance of duties.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Special Populations, the Associate Director of Federal Programs & Leadership, and/or other ESC administrators.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a point of contact for Legal Framework authoring system account applications and assistance as well as public use and navigation of the Legal Framework website.
- Research, maintain, and codify legislative and rule updates.
- Assist Legal Framework team and programmers with design and improvement reviews of Legal Framework authoring system.
- Assist in development, organization, and facilitation of training materials and activities concerning demonstrations and/or updates on the use of and application of the Legal Framework.
- Develop/monitor/maintain digital and manual archival research, recordings, processing, and databases of Legal Framework products.
- Administer effective systematic editing, precise proofreading, and syntax construction for functionality, focused content, consistency adherence, and uniformity following the Legal Framework Rules and TEA Style Guide.
- Consult with the Associate Director of Federal Programs & Leadership and the Special Populations Director regularly and in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Special Populations, Associate Director of Federal Programs & Leadership, and/or other ESC administration.
