You will be the point of reference for all questions, requests, or issues and will play an integral part in the agency team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting agents with daily tasks, answering phone calls, processing customer service requests, and assisting with cross-selling insurance and financial products.
In addition, you will provide clients with proof of insurance, collect membership payments, and perform other duties assigned by management. You will also assist with billing and provide clients, banks, and title companies with necessary documentation.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong customer service skills, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
