What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Technician position at Texas Fireman Lawn & Landscape?
We are looking to hire full time technician for fertilization and weed control applications. Experience preferred. This is a physically demanding position and applicant will need to be comfortable working outside year round. The ideal candidate would be a self starter and have the ability to work independently. 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
-perform applications on assigned property's
-monitor and diagnose turf problems and diseases
-maintain proper chemical tracking documentation as required by the The Dept. of Agriculture
-responsible to maintain company owned truck and equipment assigned to you during the work day
Qualifications:
-valid Texas DL and clean driving record
-good written and verbal communication skills
-ability to lift 75 lbs consistently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- lawn care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
