Job Title: Coordinator of Outreach/Foundation Programs
Reports to: Directors of TGA Foundation/Outreach Programs
Status: Full time non-exempt employee
Location: Addison, Texas (Hybrid)
Start Date: Position open until filled
Position Summary
Qualified candidates will have experience in golf administration, leadership, and a variety of programming. A multi-tasker with strong communication and organizational skills to lead and execute the vision, strategy and planning for the implementation of the TGA’s Outreach/Foundation Programs. The position requires some travel with some weekend work and physical activities including lifting, putting up signage and tents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Works one day events all over Texas. Will work with Volunteers to run these events and will be responsible for all administration, budgeting, registration, scoring and marketing gearing up to these events.
•Provide administrative support to TGA Foundation and Outreach departments.
•Assists in Adaptive Golf Championships, as well as our Texas Shamble and other multiple day events.
•Works with Managing Director to implement Foundation programs as assigned including Youth on Course, Bill Penn Internship, Scholarship programs and more.
•Provide support to TGA Foundation fundraising, marketing and public relations.
•Work with communications department to contribute to the development and distribution of Outreach/Foundation focused content across all TGA platforms and MailChimp campaigns.
• Willing to be a team player who performs other tasks and completes additional projects as assigned in Outreach/Foundation and other TGA departments.

•Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work independently, but also working cooperatively and effectively with team members when needed.
•Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and take initiative.
•Excellent time management and problem-prevention skills, with the ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Provides excellent customer service.
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience ($40 - $45K)
