Corporate - Accounting Clerk

Integrated Community Services is looking to hire a Accounting Clerk near The Woodlands/Spring Area to work in our Corporate office.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

• Exporting file that contains claims for the week and sending to Billing Company for claims to be billed
• Reconcile the sign in sheet from the clinic to services actually recorded in software
• Report to the clinic the corrections needed to rectify discrepancies from the daily sign in sheet if noted
• Reconcile transportation log to cards on hand
• Send weekly report to Financial Manager and Operation Manager of how much revenue was billed
• Track issues that need to be corrected in Billing Company software and help correct them so that they are able to bill
• Send billing violations report to correct mistakes prior to sending the claims to Billing Company
• Payroll for 6 employees including: Adding new employees to payroll and timeclock, sending timecards to be signed by employees prior to payroll, entering payroll into the payroll system and making sure payroll company processes on the 10^th and 25^th
• Some HR duties: Sending FMLA documents to employees on an as needed basis, offering health insurance and 401K, sending in health insurance enrollment form to insurance company, assisting employees with payroll related inquiries
• Tracking and completing paperwork necessary to renew a contract with insurance company
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Reviewing and monitoring reporting being done by clinic to state agencies
• Bank reconciliations monthly
• Monitoring calendar timely by various clinical staff such as front desk
• Scrubbing billing claims

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of office experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Must have 1-year experience in Excel
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to Scan, Copy, and File
• Ability to meet high speed demands with extreme accuracy and efficiency
• 10 Key Punch
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment
• Ability to make sound judgment calls
• Work well with all levels of employees
• Clear background check and motor vehicle check
