What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Administrative Assistant position at Texas Health Care PLLC?
Primary Job Duties:
- Organize and track supply orders and invoices
- Assist with contacting vendors and arranging instrument or building maintenance
- File and maintain Proficiency Testing records
- Assist with other record keeping as necessary
- Perform routine billing tasks
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in document editing and spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
