Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Ordering back-office supplies: Managing inventory and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
- Pre-authorizing surgeries: Obtaining approval from insurance companies before surgical procedures.
- Scheduling surgery: Coordinating surgery dates and times with patients, surgical facilities, and the physician.
- Creating surgery orders: Preparing the necessary documentation and instructions for the surgical procedure.
- Clinical Support:
