The community you’ll be caring for:
- Our care for patients extend to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families and providing on call, 24 hours, 7 days a week Chaplains for spiritual support.

The role you’ll contribute:
Transports patients via Bed/Wheelchair/Stretcher to their in-patient bed and/or to and from other areas such as Radiology, Emergency room, Surgery and Therapy. Other responsibilities include retrieving medical records, lab results, supplies and medications. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Transports and assists patients to and from the Radiology Department. Signs patients out from nursing units to designated areas for examinations. Assists as required, runs approved errands, and process radiographs.
- Transports patients in a timely manner, notifying office of delays to and from Radiology.
- Informs nurse or Radiology Supervisor of unusual changes in condition of patient.
- Provides a safe and acceptable physical environment for patient.
- Summons appropriate help and institutes necessary measures when confronted with emergencies or difficult patient/situation.
- Identifies patient according to name band and verbally verifies this with patient.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
- CPR Required
Preferred qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Three to six months in hospital setting preferred.
