What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Transplant Coordinator- Renal Transplant Clinic -Full Time Days position at Texas Health?
Utilize your renal and/or transplant nursing skills in a Renal Transplant Specialty clinic setting.
· Work location: Texas Health Ft. Worth, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104
· Magnet-designated regional referral center that has served the residents of Tarrant County and surroundings communities since 1930.
· Work hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 9 hour days 7AM-4PM and Fridays 4 hour days 8AM -12PM may possibly have on-call requirements
· Travel requirements - to Midland, TX – travel as a Team, 1 time every 3 months for 3 days, Wednesday to Friday night
