Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable remodeling team leader for residential and commercial renovation/construction projects that will be responsible for executing various renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Duties
· Drywall demo, installation and finishing
· Metal & wood framing
· Painting
· Ceiling tile/grid demo and install
· Other Misc renovation/remodeling tasks as requested
· Oversee and direct work activities of other team members
Requirements:
· Have your own basic hand tools
· Have a driver license and own transportation.
· Must be able to pass background check to get a pass onto Fort Cavazos
· Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
· Must be able to work in hot and/or cold working conditions.
Pay is based on experience.
