As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. You will be expected to handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude. Additionally, you will work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries and requests
- Make and modify reservations based on guest needs and availability
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions and events
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to the appropriate department if needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including stocking necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
