- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
- 0-3 years of experience practicing immigration law (preferred but not required)
- Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian cases, Detained cases, and other USCIS applications
- Familiarity with Case Management Software (preferred)
