The Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our growing team!

A successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, complete job tasks efficiently, and work effectively as a team member. Salary compensation with benefits for this position are industry leading and well above prevailing wages.
This position will travel between our Sherman (3 days), Denison (1 day), and McKinney (1 day) locations.
Requirements:
At least 1 years Medical Assistant experience
Proficient typing skills and computer knowledge
Ability to learn computer-based medical systems and protocols quickly
EMR experience preferred (eClinicalWorks)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Room patients, take vitals, input data into the chart accurately.
Answer inbound telephone calls to provide assistance to patients.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintains and supports patient's rights to care, privacy, and respect.
Communicates effectively with patients, providers, and coworkers.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
