Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage the supply chain team and processes

· Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory

· Perform physical inventory counts

· Reconcile inventory counts with records

· Participate in the development of supply and demand plans

· Participate in the development of storage and control strategies

Qualifications

Skills and qualifications

· Preferred experience in healthcare supply chain management

· Proficient in inventory management software and computer applications.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address inventory discrepancies

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory record

· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various healthcare departments

· Understanding of medical supply codes, terminology, and regulatory compliance

· Strong customer service skills

· Able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

· Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time; able to lift and move up to 30lbs independently and up to 50lbs with assistance
