Texas Instruments is looking for an Engineering Technician Intern eligible for the Department of Defense's SkillBridge program—an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting engineering activities in a high-tech industry. In this role, you will closely work with various product lines responsible for a diverse product portfolio to ensure lab users are fully empowered to release new products to market.
Responsibilities Include
- Perform calibration, maintenance, and management of lab equipment.
- Assemble and troubleshoot prototype electro-mechanical systems, PCB boards, and test benches.
- Support Temperature Forcing Units (TFUs) and Thermal Chambers (TCs) to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and product teams to meet project goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current active-duty military status, eligible for the Department of Defense's SkillBridge program
- Associate degree/equivalent military experience/relevant industry experience
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with technical systems
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
