Texas Instruments is seeking a Systems Application Engineer (SAE). In this role, you will provide customers with complete semiconductor solutions, often in the form of a reference design. The SAE works closely with sales, marketing and application engineers to demonstrate to customers how existing products can be integrated efficiently within a system. As Systems Application Engineer you may provide technical expertise directly to large volume customers and/or may develop solutions to be used by the general market.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
