Housekeeping Attendant

WEEKLY JOB (this job is NOT a full time job and will only work 5-8 hours 2 days per week)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services with a focus on meticulous attention to detail. This role requires an individual who takes pride in their work, is thorough in moving items to clean behind and under them, and ensures everything is restored to its original place. In addition to indoor cleaning, the role will also include outdoor cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Indoor Cleaning:
• Clean all rooms in the house, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways.
• Pay special attention to high-touch areas, corners, and crevices, ensuring every surface is spotless.
• Move furniture and other objects to clean behind and under them, ensuring thoroughness.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
• Wipe down and sanitize kitchen countertops, appliances, and sinks.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and countertops.
• Ensure all items are returned to their original place with precision.
• Outdoor Cleaning:
• Sweep patios, porches, and entryways to remove debris.
• Clean outdoor furniture and ensure any outdoor surfaces are free of dirt or grime.
• Maintain a clean appearance in any garden areas by removing leaves or clutter.
• Attention to Detail:
• Perform cleaning tasks with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring no area is overlooked.
• Handle all items with care, placing them back exactly as they were.
• General Maintenance:
• Report any maintenance issues or items that need attention to the homeowner or supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a house cleaner or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Ability to move furniture and objects as needed for thorough cleaning.
• Experience with cleaning various surfaces and materials (wood, tile, glass, etc.).
• Comfortable performing both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and move furniture or heavy objects when necessary.
• Capable of standing, walking, or crouching for extended periods.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring dexterity and fine motor skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
