PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
The Janitor / Day Porter is part of the Maintenance team. Responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shopping centers and grounds / parking lot. Taking care of janitorial work in common areas of commercial shopping centers at various onsite locations assigned to him/her. The Janitor / Day Porter is the field representative of Texas Maintenance Solutions and maintains a professional personal appearance and business manners.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record to meet requirements to be insured by the company.
