Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring seamless logistical operations from inception to completion. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position will report to TMC’s Director of Hospitality.
Responsibilities :
- Client Relations :
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about services.
Collaborate with event planners to understand logistical requirements for each event.
Coordinate logistics, including setup, teardown, access times, and security arrangements.
Maintain an inventory of event materials and equipment.
Oversee on-site logistics during events, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Serve as a point of contact for logistical inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors such as catering services, transportation providers, and equipment rental companies.
