We are hiring an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) – Behavioral Health to lead patient care operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure top-quality behavioral health services.
What You’ll Do:
- ✔ Assist the CNO in policy development and hospital operations
- ✔ Oversee 75 FTEs, including nurse managers, supervisors & mental health techs
- ✔ Ensure compliance with behavioral health regulations & ER patient transfers
- ✔ Foster collaboration between departments to enhance patient care
What You Need:
✔ BSN required (Master’s preferred)
✔ 5 years of leadership in inpatient behavioral health (hospital-based)
✔ Active RN license in good standing
✔ Strong experience with hospital operations, psych patient transfers & regulations
