- Pay Range: $24.63 – $34.00/hour (based on experience)

- Shift Differentials: Weekend $1.00 | Evening $1.50 | On-Call $4.00
Position Summary
Join a dynamic surgical services team as a Certified Surgical Technologist and play a critical role in the operating room. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals passionate about patient safety, surgical precision, and collaborative care.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble supplies and instruments for surgical procedures
Prepare sterile instrument tables and assist with patient positioning
Maintain aseptic technique and monitor for any breaches in surgical sterility
Pass instruments, sponges, sutures, and assist the surgical team as needed
Prepare patient skin in accordance with procedural standards
Assist with transport, documentation, and post-op procedures
Provide support and mentorship for new surgical tech staff
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program (must not be a short-term 18-week course)
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required in the state of Florida
Minimum 1 year of hospital or surgery center experience
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and take call
Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility
Military or surgery center experience acceptable
