About the Role
Join a premier healthcare provider at a 238-bed acute care hospital in Panama City, FL , and play a vital role as a CT Technologist . In this role, you’ll perform advanced imaging procedures using ionizing radiation to detect pathology and support patient care. This is a full-time position with multiple shifts available, including evenings, nights, and weekends, offering competitive pay, generous bonuses, and relocation assistance (case by case).
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform technical procedures applying ionizing radiation to produce high-quality CT images.
✔️ Regulate and operate advanced imaging equipment while ensuring proper image processing and organization in PACS.
✔️ Demonstrate expertise in cross-sectional anatomy and CT concepts, including head, body, MSK, spine, and chest imaging.
✔️ Prioritize patient safety and comfort while adhering to regulatory standards.
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure seamless care delivery and accurate diagnoses.
✔️ Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
🔹 Florida State Registered Radiologic Technician License Required.
🔹 ARRT Certification as a Registered Radiographer and Registered Computerized Tomography Technician Required.
🔹 Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Certification Required.
🔹 Associate Degree or Equivalent in Radiological Technology Required.
🔹 1 Year of CT Experience Required (acute care experience not required for this facility).
Shift Details & Differentials
🔹 Available Shifts:
- Evenings/Weekdays: 11p–7:30a (Mon–Thursday)
- Nights/Weekdays: 3p–3:30a (Fri–Sun)
- Mixed/Weekdays: 1p–11:30p (Mon–Thursday)
- Nights/Weekends: 10-hour shifts
🔹 Shift Differentials:
- Evenings: $2.00/hour
- Nights: $3.00/hour
- Weekends: $5.00/hour
🔹 On-Call Pay:
- 2-hour minimum callback pay at time-and-a-half.
