- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Day Shift) | $20,000 (Night Shift)

This role supports patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, managing ventilators, and vasoactive drips in a high-acuity setting. Our facility is part of a regional Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, providing top-tier cardiac and intensive care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to post-operative cardiac surgery and cardiovascular patients
- Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and cardiac monitoring equipment
- Assess rapidly changing patient conditions and intervene as necessary
- Educate patients and families on treatment, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate records and participate in care planning with interdisciplinary teams
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- 1 year of recent ICU experience required (PCU may be considered)
- Florida RN license or Multistate Compact RN license
- BLS (AHA) – required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS (AHA) – required within 90 days of hire
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Advanced, high-acuity cardiac care unit
- Exposure to cardiovascular surgical procedures and complex cases
