- Schedule: Days | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends
- On-Call: 8-10 Call Shifts Every 4 Weeks (Mon-Fri: 12-hour shifts, Weekends: 24-hour shifts)
- Compensation: $32.00 - $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-Case Basis
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-Case Basis
- Shift Differentials:
- ✔ Nights: $3.50/hr
- ✔ On-Call: $3.50/hr
- ✔ Weekends: $3.50/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CVOR RN Circulator to join a leading surgical team in Charleston, SC. This role is essential in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality cardiovascular surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist in emergency and elective surgical procedures within the CVOR.
✔ Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
✔ Ensure a sterile surgical environment and adhere to aseptic techniques.
✔ Prepare and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
✔ Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery to ensure safety.
✔ Serve as a liaison between the surgical team and the patient's family.
✔ Ensure proper patient positioning and maintain accurate surgical counts.
✔ Administer medications as per physician orders.
✔ Actively engage patients and families in post-operative care plans.
Qualifications
🔹 Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Associate’s or higher required).
🔹 Active RN license in SC or Compact/Multi-State license.
🔹 Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
🔹 Minimum 1 year of CVOR nursing experience required.
