This is NOT a Lab Director role —it is an education-focused position overseeing the School of Medical Laboratory Science and Phlebotomy . Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation compliance, and student education
• Develop student learning activities, including lectures, assessments, and hands-on training
• Maintain NAACLS accreditation for MLS and Phlebotomy programs
• Supervise faculty, laboratory staff, and up to 10 students
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and continuous program improvements
