Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the infection control program, ensuring compliance with CDC guidelines, accreditation standards, and hospital policies .

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field required; Master’s Degree preferred .
- Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) required (must be eligible and obtain certification within 18 months of hire).

- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, data analysis, and outbreak management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
