About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead our perioperative team at a state-of-the-art facility in Pasadena, TX. This leadership role involves overseeing the daily operations of our surgical services department, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 24/7 leadership for the surgical services department, including Preop, PACU, SPD, and the main OR.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care , operational efficiency , and team engagement .
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards , hospital policies, and safety protocols.
- Manage the department’s financial performance, including budgeting and capital equipment requests .
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Licensure: Current RN license in Texas.
- Certifications: CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) and CSSM (Certified Surgical Services Manager) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent acute care surgical services leadership experience (Manager level or above).
