- 💰 Salary: $100,422 - $150,654 per year 15% Director Bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead a high-performing perioperative team. This role oversees OR & SPD operations while ensuring excellence in patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
🔹 Department Scope:
- 11 Operating Rooms ( 2 opening in 2025)
- 1 GI Lab
- Specialties: Cardiovascular, Robotics, Ortho/Spine, Neuro/Spine, Trauma, Oncology, Urology
- Technology: 2 DaVinci XI Robots 1 Mako Robot
- 70 FTEs | 2 Direct Reports (OR & SPD Managers)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily operations in OR & SPD, ensuring patient safety and efficiency
✅ Drive quality improvement, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance
✅ Develop and implement best practices to enhance patient care
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing surgical services team
✅ Manage budgets, resources, and process improvements for operational excellence
Qualifications:
✔ Education: BSN required, MSN/MBA/MHA preferred
✔ Experience: 3 years in a leadership role in Surgical Services preferred
✔ Licensure: Active RN license (or eligibility) in Texas
✔ Certifications: CNOR or CSSM preferred
