Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) – Full-Time – Days

- Salary: $27.00 – $36.00 per hour (based on experience)

Overview
An established 267-bed acute care hospital in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) to join a high-performing cardiovascular team. The EP Tech plays a critical role in assisting physicians with complex cardiac electrophysiology procedures, ensuring safe and accurate testing while delivering excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
Prepare, operate, and maintain equipment for EP procedures
Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies and device implantation
Monitor and record cardiac electrical activity
Ensure compliance with all safety and procedural protocols
Deliver care for patients ranging from adult to geriatric populations
Requirements
1 year of acute care EP Tech experience required
Associate Degree required
BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
ACLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) or
ARRT with Florida Radiologic Technologist license required
