Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ER daily operations, staffing, and patient care quality
- Lead clinical teams to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance

- Address patient, visitor, and physician concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- Active RN License (Tennessee or Compact State)
- BSN Required | MSN Preferred
- BLS Certification (Required within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 2 Years of ER Nursing Experience
- 1–3 Years of Clinical Leadership Experience (Required)
