- Oversee daily ER operations during assigned shifts
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately while ensuring accountability
- Educate patients and caregivers throughout the care process
- Maintain safety and infection control standards
✅ Active RN license (Tennessee or compact state)
✅ Minimum 2 years as an RN
✅ At least 2-3 years of ER nursing experience (Required for day shift)
✅ Prior Charge Nurse Experience (Required For Day Shift)
✅ Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- ACLS & PALS – Obtain within 1 year of employment
