Key Responsibilities
✔️ Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages, prioritizing needs in a high-pressure environment.
✔️ Develop individualized care plans and prescribe strategies to achieve expected outcomes.
✔️ Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
✔️ Provide follow-up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals.
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
✔️ Maintain a patient-focused approach while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Active RN License (Florida license, multistate, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start).
1 Year of Recent Acute Care ER RN Experience Required.
Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma Required | BSN Preferred.
BLS Certification required prior to employment start date.
ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certifications required within 90 days of hire.
