Key Responsibilities
- Triage, assess, and deliver care to patients of all ages in an emergency setting
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administer treatments, medications, and monitor outcomes
- Provide clear discharge instructions and coordinate referrals as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to maintain patient safety
- Respond effectively to rapid changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality standards of care
- Active Florida RN license or compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)
- BLS (within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS (within 90 days of hire)
- PALS (within 90 days of hire)
- ENPC and TNCC (within 6 months of hire)
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 6 months of hire)
- Paramedic background is a plus
