We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Facilities Management to oversee maintenance operations, plant operations, security, and office staff in a healthcare setting. This role ensures the efficient upkeep of equipment, building structures, and compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency and safety
Oversee preventive maintenance programs for uninterrupted facility operations
Ensure timely completion of scheduled work orders and budget adherence
Maintain documentation for repairs, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
Manage energy conservation programs in line with state and federal requirements
