ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time
Location: Lake City, FL
Shifts: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives:

• Hourly Pay: $30.60/hr (Entry Level) – $45.90/hr (15 years of experience)

• Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr Nights | $2.00/hr Weekends

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

Position Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care team in Lake City. This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse who thrives in high-acuity, fast-paced settings and is passionate about providing lifesaving care with compassion and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct continuous assessments of critically ill patients

• Administer critical medications and manage complex care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team including physicians and respiratory therapists

• Accurately document all care, assessments, and interventions

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations

• Participate in code response and emergency interventions

• Maintain infection control and ICU safety standards

• Support quality improvement and best practice initiatives

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of recent acute care ICU RN experience required (will consider 2 years recent PCU experience)

• Licensure: Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days)

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
