- Compensation: $30.75 - $46.15 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Shift Differentials: Nights $3.50/hr | Weekends $6.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and oversee unit operations during overnight shifts. This role functions as both a Charge Nurse and Assistant Nurse Manager, ensuring effective coordination of labor & delivery services while supporting a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee admission and discharge processes, ensuring a smooth patient experience
- Monitor and assess patient care quality, collaborating with the management team
- Lead and support nursing staff, serving as the go-to resource for all overnight needs
- Deliver babies and scrub into OR procedures as required
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and supply management
- Foster teamwork, engagement, and continuous process improvement within the unit
- Active RN License (Compact License accepted – must apply for TN license)
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
- Previous leadership experience in Women's Services, L&D, NICU, or Mother-Baby Units required
- Certifications (must be obtained within the required timeframe):
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – within 30 days of hire
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – within 1 year of hire
