- Salary: $28.80 – $43.20/hr (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
- Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (nights), $2.00/hr (weekends)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for medical-surgical patients
- Assess patient conditions upon admission and throughout the shift
- Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse responses
- Respond to patient needs with urgency and compassion
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery
- Active RN license (Florida or compact)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- 1 year of acute care RN experience required (recent experience preferred)
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
