About the Role

In this role, you’ll provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs in accordance with established policies and protocols.
✔️ Provide direct nursing care and ensure compliance with quality standards.
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.
✔️ Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions.
✔️ Demonstrate critical thinking skills and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
🔹 Active RN License (Florida license required; compact license accepted – must apply for FL license).
🔹 Acute Care RN Experience Required :
- Within the last 3 years preferred.
- If candidate has several years of RN experience, experience within the last 5 years is acceptable.
🔹 Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing Required.
🔹 Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required.
🔹 Strong customer service abilities, including effective listening and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
