Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise technical and non-technical lab personnel to ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee quality control, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure specimen collection, processing, and testing meet high standards
- Manage department goals for service, financial performance, and patient care
Qualifications:
- Tennessee Medical Laboratory Supervisor General License (Required – Must Have License in Hand)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 5 Years of Experience as a Medical Technologist
- Prior Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Licensure in 3 Technical Specialty Areas (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel | MediTech Experience Preferred
