Responsibilities
Provide clinical and operational leadership in the NICU
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practices
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN required)
3-5 years of NICU leadership experience in an acute care setting
