Nurse Manager Surgical Services

• Location: Davie, FL
• Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends
• Compensation: $42.36 - $61.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Case-by-Case Basis

Seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager – Surgical Services to lead PACU, Endoscopy, ENT, and Pre-Op operations. This role is ideal for a surgical services leader with a strong background in OR management and experience in an acute care hospital setting.

• Direct and evaluate Sterile Processing, Surgery, Outpatient, PACU, and Endoscopy departments
• Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, AHCA, and regulatory standards
• Maintain operational efficiency, budget oversight, and patient care coordination
• Oversee program development, marketing strategies, and performance management
• Develop and manage staff training, retention, and leadership initiatives

• Active Florida RN license (or Compact RN License meeting FL requirements)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years of clinical Surgical Services nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room management experience required
• Certifications (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held):
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
