PCU Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Nights
📍 Location: Hermitage, TN
💰 Salary: $34.24 - $45.75 per hour (based on experience)
💰 Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
🚚 Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for candidates over 50 miles)
🌙 Shift: Full-Time, Nights (7 PM - 7 AM), Rotating Weekends (Friday - Sunday, twice per month)

Unit Details
🏥 34-Bed PCU – Specializing in:
- COVID, Neuro, and Pulmonary Care
- Chest Pain, Stroke, Sepsis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Hypertensive Urgency
- Continuous BiPAP & Critical Drip Management (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, Lasix, Protonix, etc.)
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care
- Assist with admission and discharge processes
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve team performance
- Support staff scheduling and workflow efficiency
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses
Qualifications
✅ Active RN license (Tennessee or compact state)
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
✅ Minimum 2 years of RN experience
✅ Charge Nurse experience required
✅ Certifications (Required or Obtainable within 30 Days):
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NIHSS Stroke Certification
