Radiology Technologist | Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available
Location : Salem, VA
Salary : $27.00 - $38.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (2-Year Commitment)
Relocation Assistance : Up to $2,500 (2-Year Commitment)
Shift Differentials :
Evenings : $2.50 / hour
Nights (11 PM - 7 AM) : $3.00 / hour
Weekends : $1.00 / hour
About the Role
We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This full-time position offers competitive pay, shift differentials, and sign-on bonuses . Open to new graduates and experienced technologists .
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures using appropriate techniques
Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures
Ensure image quality and proper positioning in compliance with protocols
Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic records
Assist radiologists in administering contrast agents and other procedures
Participate in emergency on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or Military Radiologic Technologist Training
ARRT Certification (Required)
Virginia State Radiologic License (Must be in process by submission, takes 8-10 weeks)
BLS Certification (Required within 30 days of hire)
New graduates accepted
On-Call Pay & Structure
Base Pay $2-$3 per hour for on-call shifts
Call-in pay includes an automatic 2-hour overtime minimum
