Salary Range: $30.00 - $39.60 per hour
Night Differential: $3.25
Weekend Differential: $4.50 (Fri 11:00 - Sun 11:00)
Job Description:
Join our exceptional team as an RN in Coronary ICU (CCU) and provide high-quality, critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. You’ll be caring for patients with heart failure, respiratory distress, sepsis, strokes, and more, while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering patient-centered care in a high-acuity setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and oversee care for critically ill patients, including those with heart failure, respiratory distress, trauma, strokes, and more.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide well-coordinated, patient-focused care.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to make assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient care plans.
- Lead and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Kansas or multistate RN license.
- BLS and ACLS (only BLS required to start).
- 6 months - 1 year of MS experience preferred, but other nursing backgrounds considered.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
