Your Responsibilities:
- 🔹 Patient Care: Monitor post-surgical patients, assess conditions, and implement care plans.
- 🔹 Medication Management: Administer medications, monitor responses, and document accurately.
- 🔹 Education & Advocacy: Guide patients and families on post-op care, treatment plans, and discharge.
- 🔹 Team Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year of acute care RN experience (within the last 4 years).
✔️ Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred).
✔️ Licensure: Current Florida RN license (or eligibility to obtain one).
✔️ Certifications: BLS required within 30 days of hire.
✔️ Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to manage a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
