Salary: $77,000 - $115,000 per year (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

Join Our Team as an RN Manager – Trauma ICU
We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our Trauma ICU team at a Level I Trauma Center in Wichita, KS. This is a unique opportunity to oversee critical care services, contribute to life-saving interventions, and support cutting-edge programs, including Open Heart Surgery, Comprehensive Stroke Care, and a developing ECMO program.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee planning, organizing, and coordinating ICU patient care with 24-hour accountability.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices in ventilator management, wound care, VAP prevention, and fall risk mitigation.
- Critical Care Competency: Supervise EKG interpretation, ventilator management, and complex medication administration.
- Staff Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to empower your team.
- Resource Management: Assist with budgeting, staffing, and operational planning to optimize patient care.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active RN license in Kansas or a Compact State RN license.
- Experience:
- Three or more years of critical care nursing experience (ICU, PACU, OR, or ED).
- Previous leadership experience preferred (CNC experience considered).
- Certifications:
- BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
