🔹 Role Overview

Join a highly skilled Pediatric Cardiac ICU team providing advanced critical care for children with complex heart conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Monitor & manage critically ill pediatric cardiac patients

✔️ Provide respiratory and ventilator support

✔️ Administer medications & follow physician directives

✔️ Educate and support patients & families

✔️ Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team

✔️ Maintain accurate & timely electronic health records

📋 What You Need to Succeed

✅ Active Nevada RN License (or eligibility)

✅ 1 years of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience (REQUIRED)

✅ Certifications Required:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS (Required)
• TNCC (within 1 year of hire)
• Passing score on Critical Care Test/Rhythm Interpretation Exam ✅ Strong critical thinking, teamwork mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced ICU
