We are seeking a dedicated RN Pulmonary Specialist to provide top-tier care for patients with pulmonary conditions. What You’ll Do: Responsibilities
✔️ Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
✔️ Advocate for patients within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
✔️ Ensure patient safety and optimize resources efficiently.
✔️ Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and procedures.
✔️ Manage a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 45-bed unit.
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Active RN License (FL license required; compact licensure accepted—must apply for FL license).
🔹 Nursing Diploma or ASN required | BSN preferred.
🔹 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Med Tele, IMU, PCU, or similar).
🔹 BLS Certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required.
🔹 NIH Stroke Scale Certification required (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
🔹 Must live within a 60-minute commute of the facility.
Shift & Differentials:
🔹 Night Shift: 7:00p–7:00a
🔹 Shift Differentials:
- Nights: $4.25/hour
- Weekends: $3.00/hour
