The US Oncology Network is looking for an Information Technology (IT) Support Coordinator to join our team at Texas Oncology! This full-time position will support our Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding West Texas locations. Regular travel to these practices is required.

What does the IT Support Coordinator position do?
- Assists in answering calls from end users and troubleshoots and resolves routine computer, printer, & copier requests.
- Provides basic computer maintenance to achieve optimum PC performance, including check disk, defragmentation, and electronic mail box assistance.
- Escalates non-routine issues to next level of support.
- Documents and maintains records of end user issues, network issues, support, vendor communications, and hardware/software orders and shipping.
- May assist coworkers with computer systems operations including maintenance; hardware purchasing, shipping, and receiving; and hardware/software installation.
- May set up and delete user ID*s and passwords in practice management systems and submits requests to the corporate office for user accounts in file server and email systems.
- High School Diplomat or equivalent with an affinity for Information Technology is required.
- Prior computer network experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications required.
- Daily local travel between practice locations.
